בשנים האחרונות מצוקת כוח האדם במערכת הבריאות הולכת ומחריפה, והרופאים והרופאות המתמחות ניצבים בחזית המשבר. לצד עבודה בתורנויות של 26 שעות, למרות תחושת השליחות שהובילה אותם למקצוע, רבים נאלצים לעזוב בשל שחיקה גוברת, עומסים חריגים בשל המציאות הביטחונית ושירות מילואים ממושך. כל זאת קורה אל מול ארגון יציג המפגין התעלמות מהקשיים הממשיים בשטח ומהצורך הדחוף בשינוי תנאיהם.

And while the crisis worsens, the official representative body continues to ignore the reality on the ground and the urgent need for real change.
Mirsham is the only organization in Israel fighting for the rights of thousands of resident doctors and leading the struggle for structural reform in public healthcare.
